I felt so privileged to be invited to a Cadence Design Systems event with McLaren during the week of the U.S. Grand Prix. I got to meet the executive director of Girlstart, Shane Woods, who was so kind to talk to. I was able to sit up close during a Q&A session with McLaren F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo, team principal Andreas Seidl and CEO Zak Brown. On my way out, I got a McLaren hat in a goody bag that was signed by Ricciardo! Overall, it was such a fun event and I was grateful to have been invited, thanks to CultureMap.
